Season 3, here we go.
Welcome back for the third season of Weird Waves featuring grimy water, waterproof headlamps, and tinfoil hats. Our host/head-martian Dylan Graves warms the re-introduction with a quick lesson on algae blooms. He follows the PowerPoint presentation with a hands-on activity, night cruising through the bioluminescence of Southern California.
Graves also finds himself surfing in the dark, without the help of mother nature’s bacteria-filled lighting fixture. Instead, he brings along a battery pack and a headlamp, using a small beam of light to guide him through the pitch black.
The mothership is leaving soon. Grab your reflective brain protector and click here to climb aboard.
